Dear Sharpshooters USA team, [7/13/12]
I wanted to write a quick note to thank you for the great time we had on Wednesday at your facility. We brought out a team of 8 employees for some team-building and fun on the range, and had a mix of 'never fired a pistol' to highly experienced shooters. We brought our own guns for general purpose shooting (a mix of pistols and AR-15s) and rented the P90 for some 'full auto' action.
A number of us have been to many ranges over the years, and we were pretty unanimous in our opinion of S-USA as the best indoor range facility any of us has ever been to.
Beyond that, and perhaps even more important, was that we found all of the staff to be very nice and professional, willing to help with a question but not intrusive (and always obviously safety focused). I can't remember being to a range and having almost as much fun with the staff as with the people we came with.
Congratulations on building out and operating a class-act facility. We will be back...and our marketing department will be reaching out to you to discuss options for facility rental for possible customer and employee events in the future. Expect to hear from Rebecca Smith. If there is someone specific there we should talk to let me know.
Here is a link to a video we shot for our company facebook page.
Clearly our guys had a pretty good time. The P90 was a huge hit...and the RSO that worked with us was great. (The other teams that chose to golf yesterday instead of joining us at the range were jealous.)
Kind Regards, Steve BishopMy apologies for not emailing sooner, especially since it was my intent to do so and I let myself get busy with other things.
I wanted to thank you for instructing us on gun safety and use and for your patience with us (but more so with me I think) on the range. I haven't been out since our last lesson but am going today with David. We now have a membership at Sharpshooters and my plan is to go out at least once a week to continue to get more and more comfortable. You might not be surprised to hear that David had to remind me that you wouldn't be out there with me each time I was on the range.
Thank you again for taking extra time with us during our lessons (in the classroom and on the range). I can't thank you enough and take every opportunity to tell others what a great instructor I had.
I hope that you are doing well and I'll look for you when we are there on a Saturday.
>Warmest regards, Deidre Cooper
