Testimonials

Sharp Shooters USA is a world class indoor shooting facility. We at Sharp Shooters USA appreciate your feedback listed below are some examples from our valued customers:

Dear Sharpshooters USA team, [7/13/12]

I wanted to write a quick note to thank you for the great time we had on Wednesday at your facility. We brought out a team of 8 employees for some team-building and fun on the range, and had a mix of 'never fired a pistol' to highly experienced shooters. We brought our own guns for general purpose shooting (a mix of pistols and AR-15s) and rented the P90 for some 'full auto' action.

A number of us have been to many ranges over the years, and we were pretty unanimous in our opinion of S-USA as the best indoor range facility any of us has ever been to.

Beyond that, and perhaps even more important, was that we found all of the staff to be very nice and professional, willing to help with a question but not intrusive (and always obviously safety focused). I can't remember being to a range and having almost as much fun with the staff as with the people we came with.

Congratulations on building out and operating a class-act facility. We will be back...and our marketing department will be reaching out to you to discuss options for facility rental for possible customer and employee events in the future. Expect to hear from Rebecca Smith. If there is someone specific there we should talk to let me know.

Here is a link to a video we shot for our company facebook page.

Clearly our guys had a pretty good time. The P90 was a huge hit...and the RSO that worked with us was great. (The other teams that chose to golf yesterday instead of joining us at the range were jealous.)

Kind Regards, Steve Bishop

7/2/12 Posted: Good Morning Lois,

My apologies for not emailing sooner, especially since it was my intent to do so and I let myself get busy with other things.

I wanted to thank you for instructing us on gun safety and use and for your patience with us (but more so with me I think) on the range. I haven't been out since our last lesson but am going today with David. We now have a membership at Sharpshooters and my plan is to go out at least once a week to continue to get more and more comfortable. You might not be surprised to hear that David had to remind me that you wouldn't be out there with me each time I was on the range.

Thank you again for taking extra time with us during our lessons (in the classroom and on the range). I can't thank you enough and take every opportunity to tell others what a great instructor I had.

I hope that you are doing well and I'll look for you when we are there on a Saturday.

>Warmest regards, Deidre Cooper

Hi Leslie Deets!

A huge thank you for a terrific time last Friday night at Sharpshooters! The TI simulator for the guys was a major event and the time on the range afterward was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better instructor - Shaun Kennedy was the Best! He is so knowledgeable - he made it interesting, challenging and very fun for the guys. The time he took to show and explain made all of us feel much more confident! And his assistance on the range was priceless. Our son (who is familiar) learned a number of techniques and our cousin Zac (only shot a paintball gun) learned lots! Renting the two guns for the range was a big plus, I'm glad we did that. We look forward to returning to Sharpshooters and will definitely recommend it as the place to go! Again, thanks to you for arranging this for us - our New Jersey cousins cannot wait to tell their family all about the experience! And thanks again to Shaun who was just super!

Leslie,

Per my expectations, our group had a wonderful time last Friday. Nate was outstanding! It was a pleasant surprise to see him again as Nate used to shoot at the Cumming IDPA match that I run as match director. Your entire staff, as well as your facilities, are first rate. As the only “shooter” of our group I wasn’t sure what my colleagues would expect, but it was only a matter of minutes before Nate had them grinning from ear to ear and “melting barrels”.

Again, thanks for a wonderful time and I know that the new shooters came away smiling, and with a great experience!

I will make it a priority to recommend Sharpshooters to other corporate colleagues for their team events in the future.

Thanks, Chris Wardell AT&T National Business Markets

Hi Leslie!

I wanted to send this email immediately after our visit, but have not had the opportunity until now. Please forgive the delay.

That being said,.....we had an absolutely wonderful time at your facility last Friday!!! As I stated in my prior email, we had a large group of 28-30 people and your staff managed our group professionally, and most importantly, with courtesy and respect.

We would like to give special thanks and recognition to specific members of your staff who were outstanding! Ben and Mike who assisted in helping us check-in, Johnny who organized and provided instruction to our group while we were in the range, and finally to Tom who was phenomenal in providing weapons training to our group and who went around to each of us individually while in the range and advised us on proper technique. It is clear to us that he is extremely knowledgeable in the areas of weapons education and training.

We will certainly recommend your facility to others. Thank you to you and the Sharp Shooters staff who helped in creating an all around great experience for our members and their spouses!

Leslie,

I want you to know that the experience with Lois was beyond our expectations. Her ability to train and relate to my 12 year old granddaughter was excellent. And her enthusiasm for the sport really got me fired up, as I have had little exposure to this world of shooting; and I found her training invaluable to me.

Thank you for teaming us up with her.

Sincerely Holly

Thanks Tom,

I came in today about 3:30pm and picked up the guns. I guess the guy that took care of me was still being trained because he had some help from the other guy at the front counter for the FFL transfer and other items to be addressed. The whole procedure went really well and was pleasant for me. I have talked via email and in person with several of your staff over the last week or two, and just want to say, that I am more than pleased and would also like to add that I noticed that you all have very good communications between each other. The process really went well and I feel that I am now becoming a member of the group. Please say thank-you to Tom Deets as well for me.

I hope to become a member of your family and be able to come and enjoy my shooting time there with all of you as my supporting friends.

Thanks again,

Richard Woodworth....

Please feel free to share this with your staff as I know that good words and thanks can be an encouragement to continue to do good things.

Thank you so much Leslie, for getting everything arranged so quickly with the simulator, my friends and I had a great time and I feel like I learned a lot. They are still talking about our trip. My friend suggested Sharp Shooters after seeing it on RHoA but the simulator won me over. Thank you so much Nate for showing us proper technique, thorough explanations and for keeping it real and fun with the simulator. Great time all around, I will be back!

Leslie,

I was about to E-mail you on how well the party went. Every one at your facility was so nice and professional. Shawn was wonderful with the boys and he made sure they had fun and the same time he enforced his rules to ensure their safety.

The boys did not stop talking about their experience and they told their parents that they want to visit more often. The parents accused me of raising the bar on birthday parties!

I will recommend your facility to all my friends. I will definitely return with Arnith as he wants to learn shooting from Shawn. Thanks again for the wonderful experience. You guys rock!

Comment: Hi,

I am from the UK and recently came to Sharp Shooters with some American friends that live in town.

I have to say we were made to feel incredibly welcome, and the service was great. Particularly can I say that Ben was a great guy and went out of his way for us.

Many thanks,

Lee Bohan

"Hi Leslie,
Our group had a great time last night! They are still talking about it this morning. Did you happen to find any keys? I lost my keys somewhere last night. You'll probably see us again on ladies night!!

Thanks again!"

Hello Tom,

It was nice seeing you again today. I forgot to mention that my son-in-law, Brad Bicknell, was in last week and purchased some big gun he has been talking about for a few months now. I just wanted to tell you that he said Jason was very nice to work with. I thought you might want to hear a nice comment about one of your great employees! Take care and I will see you on Thursday.

Sincerely, Wanda O'Reilly

To: Tom & Leslie Deets:

Hey guys I just wanted to drop a note to you to say how fantastic it is to deal with Tom. My wife and I were in over the holiday to shoot and it is packed and he comes over to Tammy my wife and makes a point to introduce himself and talk to her. She was intimidated coming in with all the he-man having their new toys but Tom put her right at ease.

Every time I walk in the door he greets me like I am his only customer! Today I was there (busy again) and a line 8 deep for the guest sign-ups for the range and he drops what he is doing to get me a lane. He just gets it and is so sincere about it. When I was leaving he made a point to single me out and say great see you Ray come back soon! It is like going to a fine restaurant and the host knows you and treats you like a rock star.

Tom, I saw you come in when the trio with the shot gun was shooting and set them straight. They were scaring the shit out of me. The dad backed away pointing the freaking shot gun and it still had a shell in it. But your guys were all over them. I was in the next lane and just let them shoot.. they were actually blowing out the ceiling until Tom jumped in. Scary! I wanted to say hello but it seemed a little tense and I didn’t want to interrupt you.

You guys have my biz because he is one of the examples of how great a store you all have……Happy New Year

To: Tom and Jason

See below from Cody. Thank you both so much.

Hey buddy, I wanted to shoot you a quick email and let you know how appreciative I am for Tom and Jason's generosity yesterday. Although I didn't get to meet either of them, they took care of everything and their staff was very helpful and accommodating. The facility is amazing and after experiencing it first hand, I know that our "Cop for a day" event for Turner will be a complete success!!!

Also, check out this article. Might be a great piece to post up to your email contacts.

Ms. Deets, Thanks much for the great experience with our company firearms "training" Saturday. Tom's handling of our very diverse experience group was excellent. Our rookies got excellent safety and weapons instruction and felt very comfortable with this adventure. At the same time, our experienced shooters all commented on the refreshed information and management of our group. We will see you again.
