This course is designed for the individual who is already a competent defensive handgun shooter and wishes to increase his or her ability to respond to threats during hours of low, reduced, or no light. Specific tactical information will be provided to help the shooter understand the physiology of the human eye, how perceptions change in low light conditions, specific weapon and flashlight handling techniques for use in the dark, the advantages and disadvantages of weapon mounted lights, and how to best use cover and concealment while employing a white light source. This course will be conducted on the tactical range and all shooting drills will be done in normal lighting conditions then repeated in darkness.

Equipment Required: Handgun with a high quality holster and belt (handguns equipped with weapon mounted lights or lasers must fit the belt holster), two spare magazines or speedloaders with belt mounted pouches, 250 rounds of ammunition, handheld tactical flashlight, eye and ear protection (provided), knee pads (optional).
This class is limited to four people and cost $250.00.
