Advanced Tactical Shotgun (4hrs, max 16 students) $200
The Advanced Tactical Shotgun Course is designed to build on the skills learned in Tactical Shotgun Operations and is for the student who wants to learn techniques that would normally be used in law enforcement or military combat operations. Students must have a tactical type shotgun with a weapon mounted light, handgun with a secure strong side holster and two magazines, shotgun ammunition carriers (no tactical vests with elastic loops), 50 rounds of handgun ammunition, an adjustable two point sling, 25 rounds of premium defensive buck shot, 25 rounds of low recoil slugs, 100 rounds of #8 birdshot. The course focuses on:
Use of the shotgun in low light/no light conditions
Transition from shotgun to handgun
Use of a two point sling (Viking Tactics type preferred)
Use of the shotgun in precision applications with buckshot and slugs
